The solution to fast meals that are home made and healthy awaits you here! Get set to prepare the food in 30 minutes with a little helping hand from us.We will be giving you a shopping list with ingredients that are best bought fresh or which we do not normally stock up on.

We will also give you some little tips that could shorten your actual cooking time once you enter the kitchen to cook these two or three recipes.

Quick Food......

Menu: Tired of making those monotonous time-consuming lunches? Don’t fret anymore and prepare yourself for this menu of lunch that will be done in a few minutes itself. For starters its Papad Paneer Rolls, maincourse has the lovely and aromatic Tawa Pulao and end with the sweet oh-so-quick Choco Coconut Laddoo.

1 packet of pepper papad
200 grams cottage cheese
1 packet of chaat masala
1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves
200 grams cauliflower
1 green capsicum
1 packet of ginger paste
1 packet of pav bhaji masala
250 grams tomatoes
250 grams green peas
3 lemons
1 packet of dark chocolate
250 grams desiccated coconut
100 grams almonds
100 grams walnuts
1 tin of condensed milk

Preparations before you begin:

Chop ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves for paneer papad rolls. Cut the cottage cheese. Make the cones of the papad and store in airtight container. Cut the vegetables for tawa pulao, squeeze the lemon juice. Boil the rice. Grate the chocolate. Chop the nuts.

How to go about it:

Melt chocolate and finish the laddoos. Set in the refrigerator to chill. Prepare the stuffing for papad paneer rolls. Finish the tawa pulao. Assemble the papad paneer rolls.
